50% of the total cost as deposit from the client, (100% payment from the individual neighbours), to book the job in, balance 50% from the client upon
completion. Client totals under $1000.00, require full amount as deposit. Quotes are provided for post spacing of 2.7m for timber fences and additional charges will incur if any changes need to be made to this. Due to the nature of timber, over time, gaps will start to appear in the fencing. As a result, we will not be responsible to rectifying the issue under warranty as that is not an issue created by our workmanship. No responsibility taken if no survey pegs are provided to indicate true boundary. Fences will be installed as per natural ground level with no extra infills provided,might expect some gaps underneath the fence from ground. Significant gaps will be covered using extra materials at a cost & minor ones should be covered with your landscaping. All care taken but no responsibility for damage to underground cables, pipes and garden if it is located on the boudary line. Onsite measurements might vary and are quoted as per main client’s Site Plan, changes will reflect in final invoice. All temporary fences will need to be removed by the owner/builder. If not removed prior, then there will be additional charges of $150+gst. We will not be liable for any damages that may arise due the removal of temporary fencing by our installers. Power and water to be supplied by client. Rock Removal on site for Fencing will cost extra $30+gst per hole. Fences issues caused by Ground movement after fence installation will not be covered under warranty. 500mm or 2 feet clearance needed on paling side. A small job charge of $200.00 applies to jobs around 20metres & under, including gates & wings fences only with no fencing. Fence Remains the Property of A CLASS FENCING SOLUTION P/L until Fully Paid. Council Permits for front fences and other works obtained by Owners. Owners need to provide neighbour details for Fencing Notice together with $100 retainer which will be non-refundable if the job is cancelled by you once any of the neighbours approve & pay and 28 days are required for response from neighbours. A class Fencing will send 2 Notices first notice via Standard Post whereas final notice via Registered Post. If no approval is received,client will be responsible for 100% Fencing Cost. As part of the installation process we will be placing our sign board on the fences we install. If you have any issues with this, let us know prior to us attending to the site. As a safety measure we do not recommend clients to be onsite while the installers are working. If you need to discuss anything with regards to the fences, you need to contact our office and make an appointment with the site supervisor well in advance. If you or any family member are found within 3metres of the installers whilst they are onsite operating machinery, all work will cease. Atleast 48hours notice is required to cancel or postpone the job otherwise $150 charges apply. Quotes are valid for two months from the date it is issued & will need to be revised based on the current prices should you wish to proceed after the due date as fencing prices are subject to increase due to increases in material prices
